General Seating.

What is BIG CRONE ENERGY- and how do we own it? Who is the hero in this reckoning, and what demons must be slayed in the crossing of the threshold to Crone-dom?
Big Crone Energy is an in-progress theatrical work by Candy Roberts that aims to challenge and rewrite the narratives and mythologies around the way our society understands and values women’s elderhood.
Be among the first to experience Candy’s original immersive theatre piece at The Bailey Theatre, following an exclusive week-long residency and workshop of her new show. Candy weaves physical theatre, music, mask, puppetry, clown and dance to create stories that explore the humour, the heartbreak, the trials and the tribulations of being a human in this world.
She has toured all over North American with her award winning solo shows LARRY and IDEAS BOBERT.
This show is presented by Trail & District Arts Council and supported by the BC Arts Council, the BC Touring Council, the Government of British Columbia and Tourism South Kootenay. This series is funded [in part] by the Government of Canada. / Ce projet est financé [en partie] par le gouvernement du Canada.
