La Cafamore presents
The Romance of Brahms
Sunday September 8th at 2pm at The Trail United Church - 1300 PIne Ave, Trail
La Cafamore presents recent piano trios by the great master Ludwig von Beethoven and 2 composers who were greatly influenced by his genius, Ignaz Lachner and Frenchwoman Mel Bonis.
Hendrik Mendes takes on the piano parts of these mammoth works, joined by violinist Carolyn Cameron and violist Angela Snyder.
Even today, each musician in this group can trace their piano training back to Beethoven-that’s a big shadow!
Two sets with a 15min intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before show time.
Tickets $20. General Admission. Children 12 and under are free and do not need a ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets purchased through the Bailey Box office can be picked up at the Box Office before the show, or at the Trail United Church door on show night. Tickets can also be purchased at the door on show day.
